Fasteners & Hardware

Standards-defined parts, sourced to the revision

NAS, MS and AN standard fasteners and commercial hardware — screws, nuts, washers, clamps, brackets — supplied against the exact part standard and revision the requirement cites.

Laboratory & Clinical

Lab equipment, consumables and clinical instruments

From cold storage and analyzers to consumable supply lines, sourced through authorized U.S. distribution with country-of-origin discipline throughout.

Compliance-First Fulfilment

Packaged, marked, and documented to spec

MIL-STD-129 marking, specified packaging, origin certification, and electronic invoicing — the paperwork arrives as correct as the parts.

Narrow lanes, run with discipline

We work a deliberately small set of supply classes rather than a broad catalogue. Within them we know the part standards, the packaging and marking regimes, and the origin rules — and we check a requirement against all of it before committing to supply. We quote what we can deliver, and we deliver what we quote.

For suppliers, that means we arrive with specific demand — part numbers, quantities and dates — not a speculative catalogue request. For buyers, it means a quote from us is already checked against the requirement it answers.

Supply Lines

What we supply

Our lanes are deliberately narrow and deeply covered: a small set of federal supply classes where we track demand daily, hold supplier relationships, and know the compliance regime line by line.

How a requirement moves through us

Every item we quote is resolved to a specific manufacturer part number against the standard and revision cited in the requirement — not a nearest-equivalent guess. Where a requirement names a qualification or approval regime, we source inside it or we decline the bid.

Quantity, unit of issue, packaging level, marking standard and delivery terms are checked against the requirement before a quote is issued, and confirmed by a person before anything is submitted.

Expanding categories

We are extending the same model — narrow lanes, deep coverage, factory-direct and authorized-channel sourcing — into adjacent equipment categories including cargo trailers and standby generation. Suppliers in these categories are welcome to open the conversation ahead of our formal lane launch.

We do not broker build-to-print machining, export-controlled technical data, or items outside our qualified lanes. Narrow scope is deliberate — it is what lets us be exact.

For Suppliers & Manufacturers

Recurring government demand, without the government paperwork

U.S. government demand for standard parts is steady, specification-driven, and awkward to serve directly. We aggregate it into ordinary commercial orders — you sell to one account on your normal terms, and we carry the federal compliance load.

What you get

Qualified, specific demand

We approach you with part numbers, quantities and delivery dates for real requirements in your product families — not a request to "send your catalogue."

What we handle

The government-facing work

Finding the requirements, quoting them, MIL-STD-129 marking and packaging, origin certification, government inspection paperwork and electronic invoicing.

How we buy

Clean commercial orders

Standard POs against your published or negotiated pricing, drop-ship or consolidated, with resale certificates on file. Trade references available on request.

What we look for in a supply partner

  1. Catalogue depth in our lanes

Standard fasteners and hardware, or laboratory & clinical lines — with the size/spec range that lets one account cover a family of part numbers.

  2. Current, workable pricing

EDI 832 price feeds, downloadable price files, or a maintained quote sheet — whichever suits you. Pricing we can act on quickly keeps you first in line for every requirement you can fill.

  3. Country-of-origin data

Origin at the line-item level, stated and documented. Federal supply runs on origin rules; suppliers who can state origin cleanly win the order.

  4. Drop-ship capability

Ship direct to the destination on our packing documentation, or to our Texas or California receiving points for marking and consolidation.

Onboarding is deliberately light

One conversation, one account form, resale certificate, and a price-data arrangement. Most suppliers are fully set up within a week of first contact.

Manufacturers with dealer or distributor programmes: we are actively opening authorized-channel relationships in our lanes, and can be specific about the demand your programme would serve.

Government & Institutional Buyers

A quoting counterparty that reads the whole solicitation

We quote federal requirements the way contracting officers wish vendors would: to the cited standard and revision, inside the stated packaging and marking regime, with origin compliance resolved before the quote is submitted — not discovered after award.

How we operate

  1. Consistent coverage

We work our supply classes across DLA DIBBS and SAM.gov continuously, reviewing requirements against part standards, source restrictions, packaging and delivery terms.

  2. Exact-part quoting

We quote the named part number or standard — no unsolicited alternates, no "or equivalent" surprises. Where alternates are invited, they are proposed with full supporting data.

  3. Specification fulfilment

MIL-STD-129 marking, specified packaging and preservation levels, certificates of conformance, and traceable shipment from U.S. distribution.

  4. Electronic administration

WAWF / PIEE and IPP invoicing, prompt acknowledgment, and a named human reachable for every open order.

About

A distribution firm built on specification discipline

Newbridge Sourcing was built the deliberate way round: understand the requirements before chasing the revenue, so that every lane we operate is one we studied, understood, and chose on purpose.

The approach

Most distributors are generalists. We inverted that: pick a small number of federal supply classes with steady, specification-driven demand, learn their compliance regimes to the clause level, and build supplier relationships specific to them.

Depth beats breadth in this business. Knowing one set of part standards, packaging regimes and origin rules properly is worth more than a catalogue covering everything and mastering nothing.

Operating principles

  1. Quote only what we can deliver

A requirement we cannot fulfil to specification is a requirement we decline — visibly and early.

  2. Compliance is the product

The part is table stakes. Marking, packaging, origin and paperwork done exactly right is what we are actually selling.

  3. On-time is the record

Every delivery builds the performance history the whole firm stands on. We schedule accordingly and communicate early.
